I think Tamar probably has a pretty good fan base and Val does I'm glad we get to see a fun samba with Louis. He is a really good pro

Yes, hopefully this will showcase Louis as well and he can push Tamar like, lets say, Sabrina. I mean, he was the one who taght many of the other pros including Karina and Maks, so it could be a bit like watching the Grandmaster. I'm sure he hasn't lost anything.

I just watched Tamars and Louis' dance again and it was much better than I remember. I really think it was better than 7's
For any Peta fans, she was sitting front row on the aisle where the dance started and next to the girl in the flowered dress. peta had on black dress and you saw her a lot during the dance.

I wonder if this past week's scores are going to undermine Tamar's confidence? I would imagine Val is not happy about those scores.

Sure Val isn't happy, but he will know how to react. I wonder if Maks will be in trouble when Mama Chmerkovskiy finds out what he did to his brother's partner...

Just did the same and watched it again. Maks got it right; 8 was ok. The 7's from the others were an insult. I saw Peta, Val, Sharna, and Derek cheering for Tamar. They all definitely could estimate how difficult that routine was. Yes, there were some balance issues as Bruno pointed out, and maybe some steps were too big, but she mastered most of it (and looked at least as hot as Mel B!!).

I just saw some side by side pictures of Janets and Tamars dance. Your right sis Val did a wonder job on the choreography and Tamar did an equally good job of interpreting it Very Happy

Val worked a miracle there. Tamar has the looks, she has the skills, she has the passion. In this dance, he added the only thing she lacked with Louis: control. I thought it was fantastic.

Tamar and Val will be dancing a Foxtrot to the Doors' "People Are Strange". I have always loved that song! I think I still own a 45 record of it.

I remember getting an allowance of 75 cents a week, which was exactly the price of a 45 record at the time. My nephews think I'm ancient.
