Oh, I felt so badly for Alexa when she and Mark were named in jeopardy. She was so upset. I really don't think Baega was truly in the bottom two; a little kick in the pants for their fans perhaps. As in, get voting people.

I think Antonio Banderas should come on the show to cheer Alexa on. He was in the Spy Kids movies with her.

If you look toward the end of the dance that Alexa and Derek did when they were in hold she started smiling and looking at Derek as if to say 'I did it right aren't you proud of me' but he kept his head to the left and of course did not look at her and stayed in character...then she snapped back in character......I think she loses concentration sometimes.

I guess acting on film is very different than acting on a stage where you are making eye contact with people who are looking at you. She's able to stay serious for films. I don't think she really got into the sexy vixen role; it was more like "Look how silly I am pretending to be sexy". But she has some beautiful dancing lines.

It's pretty ironic that the producers gave the sexiest roles to the most religious of the cast, isn't it?

I felt bad for her too. I wonder if Mark may have had an idea they would be put in jeopardy and that's why he seemed a little off. The poor girl, it's been so up and down for her every week.

Not so sure I would have been that comfortable during the dance, not because of the type of dance,but thinking I was going to end the dance with a snake around my neck. Surprised she had to hold it during the judges comments and scoring.

I would have given her a 10 for simply donning the snake. I know nothing about snakes. Did she dance with the kind that squeezes you to death or the kind that poisons you with venom?

I would have demanded an animatronic version. They're in Hollywood, after all. Somebody must have one.

Mark is an excellent dancer. Chip off the old blocks. Glad Alexa gave a great performance this week. Also glad to see she and Mark are really connected now.

As an aside....how does Alexa put up with Carlos? He was so condescending to her when she asked him how he liked they were on the same team. His claiming he had no choice was not the right answer!

I agree. She seems to care so much about him while he seems very cold and distance toward her as each week goes by. While I do think that Carlos is a great dancer, his personality is not clicking for me.

Obviously Mark learned to do lifts beautifully while his friend Derek skipped that class. I liked it and I think Mark's dancing talent is often overlooked.
