As for Alek, I thought the setting and, again, the camera angles were part of the problem. He was in and out of focus as much as in and out of character for me. Ok, he's surrounded by performers (last man standing) now, and the difference is beginning to show.

Wondering if Alek wasn't able to execute kicks and flicks very well. Witney knows how to choreograph a great Jive (Alfonso) so we know she has it in her. I did think Alek was a fantastic Elvis in the get up. He had the voice and the inflections down to a "T". He even looked like him, even with that horrid wig. I have to give Alek credit for being a team player and doing these silly things to try to garner votes.

Alek's partner is Lindsay not Witney. I really like Alek and Alek and Lindsay were doing so well but I think Alek got very discouraged with the marks he got for the switch-up dance (which I thought were way too low). I hope he does well this next week and he is not the one going home.

I think Alek may have a strong fan base among the military.

I don't want to see him go home, either, but I feel the same way about almost everybody else left.

I wish they would let them all stay for the next four weeks and then eliminate four at one time. That way I'll only feel the pain once!

Agree he's better at ballroom, but in week one he was kind of innocent, and now the pressure seems to get to him. But being in hold with Lindsay should give him more security.

Whatever happens tonight: it has been wonderful to watch how little Lindsay turned this gentle giant into a dancer, and I would love to see them strike back.

Alek you are so brave to come on this show with no dance, acting or music experience and keep the great attitude you have. I know you have been making a lot of appearances lately, but you really need as much practice as you can get to stay in the competition. You came out so strong...Lovely Lindsay what a wonderful job!! Like CA said you didn't drop her Thumbs up!
