I found a new spoiler that says Emily may have to tell Jack the truth about who she really is in order to keep him safe.

MAY <-- The operative word. She won't do it. Something will stop her because they want to dragged this thing out to eternity. If they plan on putting them together Jack needs to know now and Emily needs to be the one to tell him.

Ah, Miecies, I am so looking forward to Jack knowing the truth and loving Emily anyway, and them sailing off into the sunset and living happily ever after . . . (sigh!) They could still drag the show out in order to get revenge on the Graysons. Emily would have one more person helping her.

bluemoon, it could still happen. Honestly I wish it would. I'm ready for that shoe to drop. I've never been the fairy tale girl so I just don't buy that Jack and Emily can have an happily ever after considering all that has transpired. But hey not much that I have speculated has come to pass so maybe there's hope.
