Paige and Mark Empty Paige and Mark

I liked their dance (more than I liked Mark's jacket). Paige will get better and Mark is a great teacher.

I gave Paige a lot of votes tonight.  I hope that she makes it a long way this season.  Maybe she'll even make it to the finale.

What a difference from last season.  Mark looked like he was having fun tonight.  I hope they make it far.

So, for tonight it's Paige and Alan, I guess. So sorry for Mark and his back injury. Alan is an amazing dancer and Paige stepped right up to the plate.  Loved it.


Kudos to Mark for wonderful choreography. 


8s across the board and they earned it.

I thought they did a great job tonight especially since they only had 2 hours to practice before the show tonight.  I would like to see more of Alan.

Paige has the fighting spirit, and an unexpected grace and fluidity. One thing I noticed was Mark got a hug and a kiss from Erin. He was obviously bummed he couldn't perform. Alan really took the opportunity to present himself- nothing wrong with that. Not Mark's first back injury though. The same happened during season 16, also in rehearsal for Salsa.

I hope Mark doesn't push it - back injuries have to be respected.  Sister Babs will be more than pleased if Alan steps in for Mark again.

Paige in the cage- she was totally comfortable. That was really a fusion of fighting and dancing. Not Len's cupof tea. Surprise, surprise.
