Update:  plea agreement is reached with prosecutors.

Thanks for keeping us updated, Skater!  So much left unanswered since it didn't go to trial and the victim's family is not speaking publicly.  I sure, and would hope, the Judge got the ok from the victim's family to negotiate a plea vs go to trial.  Still have to wait for the sentencing, but it seems like Chris avoids jail.



All we have are what Chris' attorney provided :
+ (4) witnesses who arrive on the scene to assist, didn't detect any alcohol smell.
+ The Victim was driving without lights.
+ Chris smashed his head on his windshield, breaking the glass and suffering a concussion.
