Bachelorette 12 - Episode 6
Here is the ABC Press Release for episode 6:
On the Next Episode of ‘The Bachelorette,’ Airing Monday, June 27
For the First Time Ever, There is a Second Intense Two-on-One Date,
As the Hometown Dates Loom
“Episode 1206” – JoJo and the eight remaining men move on to the beauty and history of Argentina’s exciting capitol, Buenos Aires. The Bachelorette hopes to get things back on track this week and make progress with some relationships, but for the first time in franchise history, there will be a second two-on-one date. Wells takes a romantic walk through the city with JoJo and they have the opportunity to participate in a performance art piece, “Fuerza Bruta,” which will hopefully ignite their passion. JoJo escorts five men for a day of fun in the La Boca neighborhood of the capitol, but it ends with tempers flaring as the competition intensifies. Chase and Derek, two of JoJo’s favorite bachelors, are the unlucky guys going on the two-on-one date. The guys aren’t the only ones who are anxious. JoJo stuns the remaining men by suddenly leaving the rose ceremony, on “The Bachelorette,” MONDAY, JUNE 27 (8:00-10:01p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.
JoJo gives Wells the first date this week, hoping to give their relationship a chance to blossom. After a romantic stroll through the city’s parks and markets, the tempo and temperature of the date goes way up as the pair join in the energetic sexy spectacle that is “Fuerza Bruta,” an involving, interactive performance art event. JoJo needs to fast track her relationship with Wells so that he catches up with the other men.
A group date with five men starts off as a day to enjoy the local sights and sounds of La Boca – even an impromptu game of street soccer – but James Taylor is feeling the pressure and is overwhelmed by some of the frontrunners. He decides to get even at the after party, which sparks hostility among the remaining men. JoJo is left upset and wondering how well she knows any of these guys.
Once again, there is a dramatic two-on-date, this time between Chase and Derek, two of JoJo’s favorites. The two men face off in an awkward day of tango dancing. One man struggles to find a love connection with the Bachelorette while the other is very confident. Which man will get the rose and a romantic dance with JoJo while being serenaded by famous South American singer Soledad Pastorutti?
After another tough week, JoJo tries to enjoy her time with the men at the cocktail party. A tense rose ceremony gets a surprise ending. Whoever remains will enjoy the Argentinian countryside and be one step away from JoJo deciding whose hometowns and families she will visit.
The eight remaining men are:
Alex, 26, a U.S. Marine from Oceanside, CA
Chase, 27, a medical sale representative from Highlands Ranch, CO
Derek, 29, a commercial banker from Ft. Lauderdale, FL
James Taylor, 29, a singer-songwriter from Katy, TX
Jordan, 27, a former pro quarterback, Chico, CA
Luke, 31, a war veteran from Burnet, TX
Robert “Robby,” 27, a former competitive swimmer from Jacksonville, FL
Wells, 31, a radio DJ from Nashville, TN
Hosted by Chris Harrison, “The Bachelorette” is a production of Next Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television. Mike Fleiss, Elan Gale, Bennett Graebner, Peter J. Scalettar and Nicole Woods are the executive producers. “The Bachelorette” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1 stereo surround sound. A parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.

Well, now I'm curious. What would provoke good-natured James to seek retaliation? The way these guys gang-bully people, one might think they're in middle school.

A time out for you... and you... and you... go to your corners and think about how you've behaved.
That's how they're acting.

I saw a sneak peek where Wells admits he is the only guy who hasn't kissed JoJo. Well, I guess we know what happens to him.

Re: Bachelorette 12 - Episode 6
Here is another little sneak peak about the episode tonight from ABC (note - there is a video attached with this article and the link is at the bottom):
'The Bachelorette' JoJo Fletcher Confronts Jordan Rodgers for 'Acting Entitled'
JoJo Fletcher doesn't mind ruffling a few feathers to find her true love.
In a preview of tonight's "The Bachelorette," the star confronts one of her remaining suitors, Jordan Rodgers, the younger brother of Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers, after hearing about "an altercation" that "apparently was very unbecoming."
Rodgers, 27, looks stunned once he hears of the reason for the sitdown.
'Bachelorette' JoJo Fletcher Opens up About Jordan Rodgers
'The Bachelorette': JoJo and the Bachelors Move On After Chad
Fletcher, 25, continues, "I hate hearing that because I have this idea of you in my head that I feel is accurate and then to hear it was Jordan acting entitled and very, like, snobby ... I don't like that."
During his confessional, Rodgers pushed back against that notion.
"I do not think I'm better than anybody in this house and I don't enjoy my integrity being questioned at all," he says in the preview. "Character is huge for me. That's how my parents brought me up so any time that's questioned -- especially by someone that I was friends with -- is pathetic."
It's not the first time the Dallas-based real estate broker has taken Rodgers to task over hearsay.
Last week, she confronted Rodgers after hearing from an ex-girlfriend that he was a lousy boyfriend who used to cheat. He explained then that he was focused solely on his football career and denied ever cheating. Rodgers also assured Fletcher that he's a changed man.
"The Bachelorette" continues Monday night on ABC.

Re: Bachelorette 12 - Episode 6
Where did they get these guys? Last night, I did a lot of eye-rolling and groaning as they continue to bash one another.
Isn't this the second time JoJo has revealed the person who warned her about a bach's personality? Damned if I'd be inclined to warn her of anything. Once revealed, it makes the do-gooder a pariah in the house. I've had the same impression of Jordan that James alluded to.
More and more, I get a sense of fakery from JoJo - as if she's pretending to be upset over sending these guys home. Seems she's already picked out her guy (Luke) and is playing the game to finish the season. Often, her expression says she wants to escape the guy she's with.
Given all the bashing they air, I'm assuming this must have been a VERY dull season, film-wise. All they have to offer is tomcats.
It was also difficult to buy into JoJo wanting to keep both Alex and James. Her strongest connections seem to be with Luke and Robby.

Re: Bachelorette 12 - Episode 6
I will disagree regarding her pick being Luke. I think the only thing they have going is "passion" as JoJo would describe, but you heard her say that she is afraid that passion will fade. I think she has a physical connection only to Luke and not an emotional connection. I do not see her picking him. Her body language with Robby and Jordan are much open, meaning she is more into them than I think she is into Luke.singlyme wrote:Where did they get these guys? I agree with all the other guys though, I think she is obviously just stringing them along as the producers are telling her to do. I feel bad for James, but he needs to suck it up and stop whining!

Re: Bachelorette 12 - Episode 6
I'm with Dazz. It's not Luke JoJo has her sights on. I firmly believe her FR is Jordan. Just the way she acts with him is a dead giveaway to me. I also think she had him pegged as #1 almost from the beginning.
I do agree with singly about the boring season. It just grinds along unendingly. Last night after Wells got the heave ho I turned the TV off and read a book. I knew Wells was never destined to be JJ's final pick and I don't think he was much into her anyway but he was the only guy I liked and without him, well, who cares? Twitter exploded after Wells' ouster so I'm not the only one appreciating Wells. Oh well, guess I'll see him on BIP.

I knew Wells was gone after he kissed JoJo. It was so awkward for me to watch, I felt bad as he just seemed so forced to be having that weird date. It's better for him to have been let go... He doesn't need this show to find a good match.

Re: Bachelorette 12 - Episode 6
I don't see anything wrong with Jojo naming the person who is trash talking others and is pretending that it's about wanting to warn her. If James is comfortable talking about the football guy behind his back like that, he shouldn't have a problem saying the same things to his face.
I just couldn't believe that he was sitting there whining about the rules of a card game...should have been sent home right then and there. There really isn't any reason why the men should be bringing up others when they are having time the lead. J

I think JoJo really is upset about letting these guys go. I can understand why given the situation. JoJo comes across to me as a very caring person.

It's a shame these guys are such immature idiots because some of them are really nice looking. Looks only get you so far in life.
All of this tattle tale crap is so stupid. I agree with whoever said that they are probably throwing all that in because this season has been pretty boring. I can see people saying things about Chad but as much as I think Jordan probably does act entitled, for James to relate that to Jojo in the context that he did was really stupid. Sounded like a pre-schooler tattling to a teacher.
You just knew Derek would be going home on that two on one date because it's usually the most cocky one that is sure they are staying that is the one that goes home.
I don't even want to guess what Jojo will do but I think the ones left that she is more into are Jordan, Robby, and Luke.

That's very true. I think that Jojo certainly has some of the best looking dudes of any recent season. Most of them are hot enough to have girls all over them regardless of personality.
