Siblings on Bachelor in Paradise Empty Siblings on Bachelor in Paradise

Post by XxCanadiangirlXx Sun Aug 02, 2015 8:25 pm

So Ashley brought along her sister on bachelor in paradise, this happens to be the first time someone has brought a family member.

Do you think that they should be allowed to do bring a friend or family member?

or

Do you think that it should only be those who have been on bachelor/bachelorette seasons?

I think it makes it a bit interesting having a friend or family member come on the show

It does make it interesting.  Even if it's unfair, it seemed the sister wanted to go home too soon, something the other contestants who had previously been on the Bachelor/Bachelorette weren't so quick to want to do, like they were more committed or used to the craziness lol.  But it's rather early.  I'll see how she works out.

In different ways, it appears both of these sisters need some serious counseling.

BIP never claimed the singles had to be from past Bach or 'Ette seasons.  I thought the inequity came when CH made them one unit.

IA about it unfair them being one unit.  However, Ashley's sister has no idea what goes on in the franchise other than what Ashley told her.  I don't think she will be around long, and if so, will take Ashley with her, which I also think is unfair.  JMHO.

Does it work both ways, newto?  CH said if one stays, they both stay.  But if Lauren leaves by choice, will Ashley have to go with her?

Considering who Lauren first encountered (Mikey T), I can understand why she'd feel this wasn't the place for her.  lol.

Actually, singly, that was not made clear last night.  I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.  I am no guru on that subject.  ROFL

I guess if they can be voted off or kept safe as a unit, they have to vote as a unit.  That would only be fair.  Then the siblings will quibble over whom to vote off:;

Based on just how much incessant whining and bawling Ashley is doing in the previews, I am assuming if her sister chooses to leave that they will let Ashley stay....much to my distress. I'm sorry if people like her but she is too immature in my opinion. Jared deserves better. Maybe this is why they may end up giving him the next Bachelor gig as a consolation prize for putting up with her.

I thought it unfair before...and hate 'rules being broken'...but I must say, I think their bantering with each other is HILARIOUS. Lauren hate being around all the old people. And I love the way she seems to be the leader of her older sister. Making fun of how she dresses, telling her what to say..I think she's funny.

I found it interesting to have her sister there..provides good entertainment and some new people. It seems a little strange that they may be going after or making out with some of the same men.

IMHO this is another of TPTB's "experiments."  I don't think you will see this situation again.

Jared seems to be caught in the same trap with Ashley that we saw with Graham and Ashlee on the last BIP.  The longer he waits to cut her loose, the more difficult it will be to do so.  He could wear her for an anchor until some newbie has the guts to throw caution to the wind and take him on a one-on-one.  *shudder*  I can't imagine the crying.
