Very good dance with Laurie technically and emotionally. I love Sara Bareilles and knew that Jana would identify profoundly with "She used to be mine". The waltz was not very difficult technically but it conveyed deep meaning. But I didn't like the ending. It seemed to reinforce the patriarchy (the love interest gives pie to woman for her to sell) instead of acceptance of living in the present and not in the fantasy of what could have been. This could have been shown by her letting go of Gleb and turn around to serve the customers.
