Does anyone know when tonight's episode will be available for viewing and will it be on the ABC website? I had to leave and missed about 40 minutes.

I don't know when it will be available and being I do not have cable they seem to want your cable provider to watch on the ABC website.  I just go over to youtube and watch the dances there and they also have the the full episode also on youtube.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but are there really full episodes on YouTube?  Does it require a subscription service?  DWTS does have their official YouTube channel and you will be able to see videos of the dances.  Just be aware that most of the time their clips do not include the package at the beginning.

You only need cable if you want to watch it right away, otherwise you can wait a week and watch each episode, but you probably don't want to wait that long.  You can watch them on Hulu but you have to subscribe to it.
