Well, then, I'm still clueless.  Or was that a mirage of Ben?

Is it Jared since neither of the Ben's were on tonight?  I haven't watched the whole episode yet, though LOL

Well, I've now watched the premiere episode and I can't find any clue.

Since there was no mention of either Nick or Ben H, and plenty of coverage of Jared attempting to get over Kaitlyn and talk about finding true love, I'm thinking that maybe now they're going to make Jared the next Bachelor?

They usually string along several potential candidates and then wait and see who appears more popular among viewers.

Ben H has a solid fan base but Jared is on our TV screens right now, garnering more support from viewers.  He really does seem to be a nice guy -- so far.

And I thought the edit they gave Jared during the premiere episode was uncommonly glowing.

I wouldn't mind if Jared became the next Bachelor.

Lesallee, you are so logical.  You make sense, which the only grounds on which I might disagree slightly.  What does the Fleissmeister do that makes sense? 

My concern about Jared is that he will go through yet another season without being in a committed relationship (and he will because he is the most desired guy there).  Could there be a risk of overexposure?  I'm mulling through my head even as I write how he would be introduced and billed as the BEST Bachelor EVER.

I won't reveal what happens to Jared on BIP (according to Reality Steve's spoilers) but I found the timing of his moves towards the end of the BIP season VERY interesting.

It may make sense if producers decided to offer him the role of the next Bachelor.
