Ginger was quite good and to have the benefit of Val as a partner bodes well for their longevity this season. As usual, I find it difficult to pull my eyes off Mr. C when he dances.

Val has really stepped it up since he first began on this show. It's a pleasure to watch him. He does well no matter who his partner is. Easy on the eyes too. LOL. Giggle

I got caught up in watching Val again, hideous outfit and all. What I managed to catch of Ginger was pretty good.

Her performance level is astounding. Her dancing is not as advanced as Rumer's or Janel's, but that might change.

I see her hubby on NBC from time to time. He has such a genuine nice personality & a good sense of humor too. Hope they go far (as in the finals).

therealdfshary, I agree with your comment about Ginger's husband.  I didn't know that she is married to Ben Aaron.  I've enjoyed seeing his past videos on YouTube but haven't kept up with them lately.  I recall one of his earlier videos when he was still single and he showed off his very tiny New York apartment. How good to know that he and Ginger are so happy with their new baby.

I agree that Ginger and Val's contemporary was nice, but it wasn't that memorable for me.  However, I still look forward to seeing what they will do next week.

Most people including me think contemporary has to be high drama, because that is how certain pros have presented it on this show. This was just so cheerful and light-hearted, totally tailored to fit Ginger's personality. Well done, Val. 21 is a good score this season, but in this case not even important to me. I smiled all through it, and that is definitely memorable.
