Seems Val is being sued.He tweeted a picture and it seems has been slapped with a large law suit.I can't imagine this being to serious but I guess maybe the "injured" party is hoping to be settled down with a big bucket of cash anyway.

Social media is such a wonderful thing ... don't ya think ? ....

Just read the incredible story on Wetpaint. Sometimes telling the truth can get pretty expensive- 6 million dollars, to be precise. It's ridiculous, but threatening. Apparently Sharna was first to stand up and defend him. In an earlier discussion about this matter, I've said I truly believe his intentions were good. Unfortunately that won't help him. It's a mad world, and I know I will go on spending my life without a social media account.

I think that people are always looking to sue for "big' money.Why didn't this person also sue every person that re-posted the picture and commented on it.I mean if the picture was taken years ago,why just sue now ? Because Val is well known and the story got "picked up" ?

I think since 2008,when the picture was taken,this can't be the first comment made about it.

Probably right. Not the first comment, but the most promising one. It's downright disgusting. Poor Val. He was so excited about the American dream, and now it turns into a nightmare.
