Rachel Lindsey about their non televised wedding....

I read this article earlier and people are reacting to her comment about because their wedding isn’t being televised that it is “more real” then the others apparently. It’s kind of funny that she said, “We don’t need TV. We don’t need to get paid. We don’t buy a network, we’re doing this because this is what we want to do. I think it has more meaning,” Lindsay said of her and Abasolo’s decision to skip out on the TV opportunity.....ummmm, their decision to skip out on the tv opportunity? Apparently ABC declined to do a tv wedding for them.

I never really liked her very much. Her and Andi Dorfman were the two worst Bachelorettes in my opinion. Both are way to mouthy and bitchy and never seem to let the guy get a word in edgewise. It’s all about them. So much of what she says in this article comes off as sour grapes. The comment about theirs being more real is sort of a slap in the face to the other couples that had a televised wedding. How is theirs not real but yet they are still together with children as well? Notice though that they went to Neil Lane to get their free wedding bands, so they are still using their perks even though she is being snippy about not being offered a wedding. That would have been one that I wouldn’t have watched anyway. She would have found some way to make it all about her.

Thanks for the news.  I agree, saying her wedding will be more real  is a slap in the face to other couples that had a TV wedding. i don't think she's ever hesitated to throw shade toward other bachelor/bachette alumni.  She's also wrong about her season being the first time a TV wedding wasn't offered.  There was Desiree Hartsock before her.

I had heard some time ago that ABC wasn't going to televise her wedding, so if she's saying she decided to skip out on a TV opportunity, she's full of it.  I almost feel like she's everywhere on TV by the way -- was recently a frequent guest on Strahan & Sara; also on Steve before then that I usually don't watch.  And now a commercial that i skip out on watching.  

I haven't liked her either, at least at the end of her season.  I agree she's too mouthy and snippy.  I've always thought she lied about her breakup with Peter Krause.  After her season, she claimed she had gone to his room to break up with him, yet Peter was the first one to say goodbye and Rachel had the hardest time leaving his room after their breakup, even went back to his room after the breakup because she just couldn't say goodbye.  After her season, she kept saying Bryan was her first pick,  and I think she claimed she was  never in love with Peter K.    Yeah, sure.  Incidentally, I had kept hearing how she would say what season her wedding would be but then she kept postponing it.  

Hypothetically if she were ever to have a TV wedding, I would cringe but still would probably watch just to see other bachelor/bachelorette alumni  I can hardly stand Rachel most of the time.

I agree, can not stand Rachel or Bryan. I'm very surprised they are still together. I don't remember a whole lot about her season because I wasn't really into it. Her personality really turned me off.

God, I think the worst bachelorette was Ashley Hebert.  I sat through her season anyway, but what a ding dong.  She mostly just giggled and didn't have anything to say.  She seems better now that she is with JP, but on the show as a lead I couldn't stand her.  Rachel didn't really bother me.  I appreciated that at least she had personality, was interesting and had things to say.  Ashley Hebert was the complete opposite.  I don't usually watch the weddings anyway.  I don't even like movies with weddings in them.

Don't like Rachel or Bryan either; too full of themselves! Can't forget their constant tongue
