I am going to watch,Glitters and mainly because of Colton. I didn’t know much about him but I liked him on BIP. I hope it’s a good season. We will get a lot of the usual producer tricks I’m sure but sometimes a good cast can overcome some of the banality we get subjected to.

This is interesting. Is Bonner Bolton one of those guys she alludes to? Hmm!

am a recent convert to the show Dancing With The Stars. I was amazed at how intense it is and how incredibly “close” the dance pros are with their celebrity partners. Of course, I had to read up on all the rumors and what not too! And most things were just that, rumors, nothing more, nothing less.
This season that just ended, I was enamored with the friendship between dance pro Sharna Burgess and her celebrity partner, Bobby Bones. They won their season to boot! Now, by no means was he the best dancer, but he sure did try and he always had fun when he was dancing. He was just living it up and was getting the most from the experience. He even was shocked that he won.

For those that do not know, Bobby has a radio talk show that he does. Recently, he had his dance partner on to discuss her experience with the show. She made some enlightening declarations. The most shocking was that several of her past male celebs dance partners attempted to “hook up” with her!
Bobby did get clarification if that meant that these men were trying to “hook up” with her. She gave an affirmative answer and then declared, “Yeah. Absolutely … Oh, it’s so bad. And then they get this attitude, ‘cause they’re so used to getting whatever they want. And so, here I walk in, and I just tear them down to pieces about everything that I think of ‘em and why I absolutely wouldn’t go there.” She went on to add that she informed these stars that “We can either compete and we be great or you can, you know, run away with your tail between your legs because you didn’t get what you wanted.”
She admitted, “I’ve torn some of the guys to pieces, especially when they come in with an ego and they’re there for all the wrong reasons and they think they’re going to get something from me that they’re not.” Good for her. Celebrity or not, they do not need to act like that. Geesh. I mean, I know she is a beautiful woman, but just because a person is drop dead gorgeous does not mean that they have to get with any and all males that come on to her. If she wants to keep it professional, then that is her right.

She also states that she was always professional when the cameras were on them. That she did not berate or say anything negative about their behavior while the cameras were around. That is good. She does admit that some have not kept in touch once their season ended and she is just fine with that. I like that she does not let it get to her. I also like that Bobby and she are still such very good friends. There have been rumors that they are dating and believe me, there have been way too many people looking at their dances and any pictures of them as proof they are. If they are then so be it, and if they are not, then that is fine too. However, I can tell you it is apparent that these two are very close and will remain friends for a very long time!

All I know is that Sharna is still friends with Noah, Nick, and James. She has been in contact with Antonio at least for some time after their season ended. Andy, Keyshawn, and Tavis can be filed under 'out of sight and out of mind'. The few that remain (and Bonner is among them) leave room for speculation. Just Sharna is not the girl for name dropping. If she states she kept it professional, I believe her.

I am watching Celebrity Big Brother which features a number of former DWTS contestants. Ryan Lochte is one. Poor Ryan is coming across as a bit dumb but as expected, a physical force in the challenges.

Tamar Braxton is loud, mouthy and smart ass. Not very endearing.

Joey Lawrence seems to be a ghost. Never says or does much of anything.

Jonathan Bennett is the most fun but I fear he will be gone Fri. night as he is on the block. He has aligned with Lochte and the rest of the house are leery of both of them.

Katelyn Ohashi, the gymnast, says she wants to be on the show and wants Sasha as her partner. You may have heard this. I don't know what season they are referring to.

There will be a Season 28 of DWTS in the fall. They announced about a year and a half ago that they would be going to one season a year and that season would be in the fall. I doubt it’s in much danger of cancellation; while its viewing numbers have fallen it still stays in the top five, sometimes better. I do know producers have talked about how difficult it is becoming to cast. It’s a huge time commitment and injuries happen regularly. I imagine one season a year helps in that department.
