Jenny and Penny entered the houseboat ahead of the guys.
Candles were lit inside, flowers perfumed the air, and a splendid feast was
laid out for the foursome. The girls were pleasantly surprised. Bottles of
local wines were open and chilled to perfection. The four actually preferred
the wine to champagne and a toast was made to love, because love is what
brought them to Seattle! As the group enjoyed their wine they began sampling
bits of the feast before them, and relaxed by the fireplace in the room. Fall
in Seattle means cooler temps in the evenings that make the use of a fireplace
not uncommon. The moisture off the lake/ocean combined with the coastal winds
makes them almost a necessity in the northwest.

After eating their fill the foursome walked to the back of
the houseboat and saw the best sight ever-a hot tub in a very unusual
shape-rather like an ess. While the bubbles were bubbling and the fireflies
were flitting, Jenny and Penny ran to change into their suits and met their beaus
back at the "spa." Jason brought dessert-strawberries dipped in tree
different chocolates and drizzled with a cloudberry sauce. As they oohed and
aahed over the fabulous confections, Dakota brought a very delicate dessert
coffee (decaf as per the late hour) and the foursome climbed down into the hot
tub. Jenny and Jason had their own little niche on one side and Penny and
Dakota were on the other side. The chill in the air only served to warm their
hearts, as the twosomes cuddled, laughed, and basked in the candlelight glow of
the other's company.

Jenny couldn't believe she was in this heaven with the man
of her dreams. Jason leaned in to kiss Jenny slowly at first and then held her
as if he wouldn't let her go. "Jenny," he whispered,"You are so
amazing. I saw how natural you were with Ty, as if you'd known him for so long.
You were wonderful with him, and I know he will come to love as much as I
do!" Jenny had tears in her eyes because she knew that Jason was right
-she felt it also. And when he told her he loved her she cried even more-she
was starting to sound like Penny, she thought, but she couldn't help it.
"Jason, I've felt that way also. I am falling in love with you-but I am
also falling for Ty. I never thought I'd feel this way for any man , but now i
feel love for two men-for you and for your little man, Ty." And then she
blubbered some more. But that is what Jason loved about Jenny. She could be
wildly romantic one minute, and hysterically endearing and funny the next.
Jason extended his hand to Jenny to help her out of the hot tub, as they
followed the trail of rose petals to their room and closed the door...

Meanwhile, Dakota and Penny were playing with their food in
the hot tub. Actually, Jenny was feeding Dakota dipped strawberries, and he was
trying to do the same for her. But Penny was laughing so hard she would turn
her face away every time he got close with a berry. Then Penny grabbed her
Hello Kitty phone and began snapping pictures. At some point Dakota tried to
grab the camera and that led to a wrestling match in the hot tub! Penny threw
her phone onto a nearby towel, and as Dakota lunged for the phone Penny grabbed
him and laid a lip lock on him that could light a flame on an icicle! Dakota
had never been kissed like that before, and Penny looked as shocked as he felt.
Wherever that came from, Penny and Dakota decided to take that challenge to the
next level, and kissed their way to the suite, toote suite, if you know what I
mean...

Although Jenny and Jason woke early the next morning, they
wanted to "loll about" and enjoy the early morning mist, with some
coffee in the hot tub. As the sun arose Jason kissed Jenny and told her he had
never seen such a beautiful sunrise before. And Jenny whispered to Jason that
she had never seen the sun rise in someone's eyes before until she saw it in
his. The couple wanted to sit there together always, but with that, Penny and
Dakota brought breakfast out for the four to linger over. There were various
muffins-Jenny laughed since Jason had started calling her Muffin because she
was sweet and huggable, Eggs Benedict, turkey bacon( in honor of Turkey Lurky),
spanish omelets, steak for the men, and an assortment of toasts from an amazing
bakery at the Market. There was hot coffee, several juices, and mimosas
available for those so inclined.

The group planned their day over breakfast. Jason wanted to
take Ty to the Science Center at some point, and Pike Place Market was a must
see. After some discussion the foursome showered up and readied themselves for
a day of sightseeing. Jason was happy to see Ty today as was Jenny. The twins
rarely dressed as twins anymore but today they decided to both wear denim
shorts, that showed off their long stemmed legs, pink polo shirts, along with
pink and white tennis shoes-pink was Penny's favorite color (as in Hello Kitty
pink), and so she felt totally comfortable in her outfit.

As they were getting into the limo Dakota swatted Penny's
BEhind and told her to "hurry it along Puffin!" Penny just looked at
him and said, "Excuse me? What did you just call me?" And Dakota
repeated the name "Puffin." Jenny and Jason laughed so hard, as Penny
tried to understand what that meant. "It's ok Penny," Dakota
explained, "a puffin is a cute little water bird, that looks a lot like a
penguin. And you're my cute little Puffin, Penny!" Jenny told Dakota that
now he'd done it-the girls would forever be know as Muffin and Puffin!! Just
add that to the whole Jenny and Penny Syndrome. Penny decided she would have to
look for a little puffin bird to buy for Ty so he could add it to his
collection. And while she was at it she would also buy him a pink golf ball to
go with his blue one. She had her list started and was a happy camper-Penny did
love to shop after all, and now she had some ideas that tickled her, what else,
but PINK. Smile

Jenny and Jason had Ty ride with them in the middle of the
limo and Dakota and Penny rode in the back. Jenny wanted a little alone time
with her boys so she could get to know Ty better and vice versa. She asked Ty
what he wanted to visit at the Science Center. Ty had the cutest little voice,
and she smiled as he told her he wanted to see the bird exhibit and the pool
exhibit. Jason explained that they had a tide pool exhibit that Ty had to see
each time he went to the Center, and an animal one as well. Ty liked to look at
the real animals, but didn't like the alligators because they "looked
mean," he said. Dakota told Ty not to worry-that he and Jason would
protect him. Ty laughed because he wanted Dakota to use his Turkey Lurky voice
to yell at the alligators! The limo arrived at Pacific Science Center and the
group mapped out their visit to use their time efficiently. Ty still got tired
in the afternoons even though he was outgrowing his long naps.

Ty practically ran to the tide pool exhibit because he
wanted to see his bird friends-yep-some "regulars" had names,
courtesy of our resident cutie patootie. The group saw otters, seals, blue
herons, bald eagles, terns, seagulls and pelicans, and of course, ducks. There
seemed to be a few old birds amidst the young ones, and those were the ones Ty
had named-they weren't as afraid of people. After showing Jenny and Penny his
bird friends, Ben, Ben, and Jim, the group moved on to the next exhibit
featuring animals of all sorts, including birds. As they passed the reptile
area, Ty took Dakota's hand and in his best Turkey Lurky voice Dakota told the
gators and crocs to BEhave themselves because Turkey Lurky was watching! Ty
giggled the most adorable giggle ever {Jason thought that he would never tire
if hearing that giggle), and the boys suddenly heard Penny squeal. "Ooh,
she cried, "they have a special exhibit this month featuring exotic birds
from all over! Ty- they even have flamingos and puffins here!”

Because they were
pink, flamingos were Penny's favorite bird. But when she saw the puffins, it was
hard to tell who was more beguiled by those birds-Penny or Ty. They were both
so entranced by the puffins, neither Ty nor Penny would leave until they were
assured a trip to the gi-ft shop on their way out. "Look Ty,"
exclaimed Penny, "see that ADORABLE black and white bird with the red
beak? That's the one I'm getting you. And look it's a mommy puffin with a
baby!!" Ty and Penny became BFITWWW, as well as Jenny, but a bird bond can
never be broken thought Penny! Then Penny found Ty the perfect book to go with
his new pet: "Penny's Pet Puffin Plays the Piano." She also found the
perfect book for herself: "Puffins
and Other Pets For Dummies- A Bird's Eye View."
After making their
purchases the group decided to go get lunch at the restaurant in the Science Center
and eat it outdoors. Jason then suggested that Ty get a little snooze while
they relaxed, and so the five went to Jason's home in the Queen Anne's Hill
area of Seattle. By the time they arrived, Ty was out like a light, and put to
bed. The twosomes relaxed for a bit, knowing they would need to recharge a
little if they wanted to enjoy dinner at the Space Needle later that night...

Sara had spent her week trying to sort things out. On
Tuesday, she had a date with her now reinstated Bachelor Richard, who she had
sent home after the first night, but discovered she had feelings for after the
“Time Machine” accident. They decided to head for the beach. They
spent a day in the sun (sunblocked by SPF
30, of course),
frolicked in the water when they became overheated by the
strong rays of the Florida sun, and walked along the beach collecting
shells. They were such good friends, the conversation was endless.
They could talk about school, Richard’s latest ideas about global warming,
Sara’s sisters and the Bachelors they were seeing, whether the Bonnet Castle
Duck Pond needed a makeover to improve its ecosystems. They even
touched on more personal matters.

As they enjoyed a light dinner at a dockside bistro that
evening and watched a glorious sunset in the west, Richard confided, “Sara, I
want you to know something. The whole time you were trying to fix me up
with Louise, I went along just because I wanted to be with you. Sara, you
make me happy. You make my heart race with excitement, which is something
l'd like to test in the Lab one of these days. But that's getting off the
point and the point is what is important tonight. I love it when we run
into each other at school and you’re so excited because one of your students
wrote a paper on the Bill of Rights that has blown you away. You are a
great teacher, but I care about you because you have such great heart, such a
kind way of approaching the world, and because I think you are the most
beautiful person I have ever known inside and out.”

Sara knew that for Richard who often got tongue-tied when it
came to expressing feelings, it was a HUGE statement. “Richard, I still
have a lot of thinking to do and I’m not sure where my heart is leading me
right now, but I want you to know I am seeing you probably for the first time
as someone who just might be my perfect match. In other words, my dear
friend, consider yourself a serious contender!” (Sarah knew that one of Richard's interests was watching boxing matches
and he loved the show The Contender, so her comment pleased Richard immensely.)

Meanwhile, Suzie's next date was with her Nebraskan farmer,
Matt. Now Matt had never been out of the State of Nebraska, so this was
all new to him. He got a big kick out of the palm trees and the tropical
Florida air was a novelty. Suzie knew there was only one place to take
Matt. So on Wednesday morning, she picked him up with the Limo and as
they drove away, she exclaiimed, “We’re going to Disney World!”

Lara woke up feeling chilly and pulled a soft, warm quilt up
her nose. She snuggled in the coziness of the bed and stretched.
ABC had been so kind to her. They had rented a cabin for her in
Gatlinburg, Tennesee, right in the middle of the Smokey Mountains. She
knew most people would have wanted a more exotic getaway, but Lara thought this
place was perfect. She had total privacy. Even the film crew had
promised to only come in once a day to interview her, after they had thoroughly
filmed every inch of the place.

Lara especially loved the hot tub. It was outside on
the balcony and fenced in on the sides. She could catch the mountain view
straight ahead though, because no one could see her from that angle. She
couldn't help but think of what a heavenly place it would make for a honeymoon.

Having grown up in a big family, total privacy was a rare
thing. She had always had her own room but a constant stream of family
had always trailed in and out. She had roomates on campus as well.
Here was the best of all worlds. Privacy with room service!

Of course, whether she was bathing in the hot tub,
relaxing in front of a warm fire, or walking mountain trails, Paul and Chris
were never far from her thoughts. She had slept very late this
morning. That was because she had spent most of the night reading the
book that Jenny and Penny had given her before she left. It's title was,
of course, Choosing Between Two Lovers for Dummies. Lara thought it had a
great deal of insight to the topic. She had charted pluses and minuses
for both guys. She had written pages of thoughts on what the future would
be with each of them. Everytime Chris came out looking like the best
man. She chronicled and diagramed every conversation with each.

"Why do you want me to choose you?" she had
asked Christopher, "Why do you want to be with me?"

Christopher had answered, "You are perfect for
me. We love music and could build our lives around performing and
writing. You genes plus mine would create the next musical prodigy.
You are beautiful. I would be so proud to introduce you to everyone
as my wife."

She had asked Paul the same question. His response had
taken a while. Then he had taken her hand and said,"Lara, that first
night I met you, sitting in that swing, singing in your beautiful voice, I
felt like I had just met someone I had always known. When I'm with you, I
want to conquer any challenge I can find. I want to be the one who makes
your eyes light up when you enter a room. I want to give you silly things
to make you laugh and wonderful things to make you cry. I want to hear
your dreams and tell you mine. Then I want us to make them come true
together. I have never felt this way before, Lara. I have always
believed there was one woman I could truly share every part of my life with,
forever. And I believe you are that woman."

How funny that Chris was the artist and said all the
practical things, while Paul, the business man, drew word pictures that danced
before her
eyes.

"All the same," thought Lara, "Chris is the
man I can see spending my life with, We have the things in common.
We have the smoking hot chemistry. How could I live without him? I
would always regret letting him go. Trista said to pick the one I
couldn't live without and everything I've I've written in this book points to
Chris."

She wrapped her quilt around her nightgown and walked out on
the balcony. She listened to the birds sing and watched squirrels jump
through the trees. She breathed the fresh mountain air and sipped the hot
coffee that had automatically been made in the clock controlled coffee
maker.

"I can't say goodbye to Christopher. But Trista
said to picture them walking away." Lara closed her eyes and with
all of her imagination pictured Chris getting into a limo and disappearing into
the night. A sadness gripped her.

"See, she whispered, "It has to be Chris."

Still to be fair, she closed her eyes again and this time
Paul walked away, sat down in the limo, and gave her a sad wave and he pulled
the door closed. She saw the limo drive away. She watched it go
further and further down the road. She opened her eyes to find tears
blinding them. She felt her imaginary self begin to run after the
limo. She couldn't catch up and begin screaming his name,
"Paul! NO! Come back!"

(Let's face it, Lara
had always had a real flair for the dramatic!)

Yup, I'm signing off now!

Jenny and Penny shared a bathroom while getting ready for
their dinner at the Space Needle. They both wanted to look scrumpdillyiscious
that night, and so took as long as they could to get ready. Jenny wore her hair
in spiral curls, and left her hair loose. Penny wore a thin pink sparkly
headband to hold back most of her wavy dark brown hair. Pink sparkly earrings
accessorized the little black cocktail dress along with a matching bracelet.
The dress was not too revealing as there were some dress code requirements.
Jenny wore a burgundy dress with pale pink accents. Her jewelry was simple but
elegant and done in white gold.

Jason and Dakota weren't as formal as the girls, but both
looked extremely handsome. Oddly enough Jason had picked out a deeper toned
burgundy dress shirt and charcoal dress pants-not realizing that he and Jenny
matched. His tie had varying shades of the deep reds to pinks, and when Jenny
saw him he took her breath away! Dakota chose to wear a black pinstripe shirt
with black dress pants. His tie was striped in black, charcoal, and pale pink.
He rolled back his shirt sleeves, and with his striking silver watch looked
stunning himself! "Well at least everyone will know who is with
whom," declared Dakota with a laugh.

The five got into the limo to drop Ty off at Jason's
parent's house for the night. On the way there, Jenny read Ty his new book
about Philbert the Flamingo. Dakota would jump in when the book required a big
man voice and Penny would chime in when they needed a high squeaky voice. Then
Penny read Ty the story about Penny the Puffin. As soon as she started reading
Ty pulled out his Puffin momma and baby birds. Penny asked Ty if he had named
them yet but Ty sadly said no because he had picked out three names and he only
had two Puffins. But lo and behold Jenny pulled out one more Puffin-Ty was
speechless. "This is the daddy bird Ty. I got it for you today because I
know how much you love your daddy, and I thought this puffin baby also wanted a
daddy." Jason was practically crying, well he was actually, but kept out
of the conversation. Ty was so happy because now he had a puffin for each name,
and a daddy for the baby puffin. With great joy he held up the baby puffin and
said,"This is Ben." Then he held up the momma puffin and said,
"This is Pen." Ty laughed because he named the momma after Penny
since they both started with pee (a little poddy humor people-haha). "And
this is the daddy named Tim," said Ty proudly. By this time the limo
pulled up to Jason's family's house and he took Ty in, after goodnight hugs and
kisses were given all around. When Jason came back to the limo he told Jenny
that she never ceased to amaze him, and he knew that the evening indeed would
be "spectacular."

Twilley was rich. No, I am not talking comfortable. He was
very comfortable from being the star of the Cirque du Soleil, but when his
eco-friendly car sold, this man was loaded. When the news of the hurricane came
on the radio, he knew what he had to do. He went out and bought a fleet of
helicopters! Kara also sprang into action. She recruited all her co-workers at
the pet groomers, her three dear friends Preston, Colin, and Zack, and any
available sister to set up and help at a shelter for all the displaced animals.
Imagine the entire cast of Cirque cu Soleil, dangling from helicopters,
rescuing every single last animal! And then Kara went to work~baths, the latest
doggie-do's, beautiful collars- these animals were so adorable when Kara had
worked her magic on them, people lined up to adopt them all!

The limo took Suzie and Matt to Miami International where
they caught the next flight to Orlando. Flying would save them at least 6
hours of driving time. Once they were checked in and waiting at the gate,
Suzie Q. excused herself. Matt figured she needed to use the restroom
before the flight. Suzie returned sporting a bag from one of the airport
gift shops. Once their plane had taken off and leveled to a cruising
along lull, Suzie Q. turned to Matt, “I got you a little present. It’s
kind of silly, but I thought you’d like it and the only place I’ve ever found
these is in a Florida airport. Close your eyes and put out your
hands. Matt went along with her request and then opened his eyes when
Suzie told him to. “I’ll be!” exclaimed a pleased Matt, “That’s the
cutest thing I’ve ever seen.” Matt was holding what looked like a
miniature orange crate and nested in compartments lined with green paper, sat
twelve tiny oranges. The oranges were actually gum balls. It was
just too cute! “I’ve always loved these,” said Suzie. “I have to
buy some whenever I go to the airport. Actually, I bought you four of
them. I figured you’d like to eat one, because that’s fun too, but I
thought you might like to keep one intact for a souvenir of our time together
and the other two you can give as gifts or do whatever you’d like with
them.” Suzie Q. handed Matt a smaller bag, containing three more
"orange crates," that had been inside the larger one from the gift
shop. “Thanks, my family's gonna love these, too! It sure is nice
to have a true Floridian guide me around the state!” said Matt, leaning over
and kissing Suzie affectionately on the cheek.

By the time the twins and their beaus reached the Space
Needle, all were famished and ready for a leisurely but "full bodied"
dinner. They were seated in an area of the restaurant normally reserved for
celebs, and or people looking for a little more privacy since the restaurant is
typically filled particularly on the weekends. They decided to order from the
wine menu when placing their food order. When presented with the dinner
choices, Jenny and Penny were indecisive. Penny went back and forth between two
items on the menu and finally said,"I feel like my brain is set on Stir
Fry today! I just can't think straight." And so Dakota ordered for both of
them, "We'll have the Double Ranch Signature Beef, and the Seafood Pasta
with salmon, scallops, and halibut, please." And they decided to try a
bottle of a red blend wine: a Woodward Canyon Charbonneau-Walla Walla Cty.
Jenny ordered the Oven Roasted Jidori Chicken- a dish with garlic and mushrooms
in a delicious sauce. Jason wanted to try the Seafood Trio which presented
salmon, scallops, and prawns served with rainbow roasted potatoes. The J's also
ordered a bottle of L'Ecole no.41, Columbia Valley-a very subtle white wine to
accent their dinner choices. After the wine was brought to their table and
poured, they began to look at the scenery embracing them.

Jason told the three that the Space Needle rotated the full
360 degrees during their dinner. It was moving so slowly it was difficult to
feel it, but you could see it. The Needle revolved 1/4 turn with each course of
your meal. He also told them he would take the three to the observation deck
after dinner to see the sights and the lights. As Penny glanced around the
room, she thought she saw a familiar face walking away towards the front of the
restaurant. Since her brain was in overdrive, she didn't bother to figure it
out. Suddenly Jenny heard a familiar laugh, and saw the Donald having dinner
with business colleagues-and wasn't that Sean Combs there with him Jenny
wondered? The Donald recognized the twins and so stopped by the table to say
hello. He told the group that he and Sean were having dinner with the hip hop
group Tech N9ne, who would be appearing in concert in Seattle in a couple of
weeks. The Donald was showing them around the area and doing some business with
them through Sean. After some chit chat and promises to get together back in
Miami, T.D. went back to his guests.

Dinner, at last, arrived at their table. Jason and Jenny
decided to share their dinner as they loved to sample everything. Actually the
four ended up sharing because they were so used to doing that since filming
began. The four were laughing and sipping and sipping and laughing and before
they knew it it was almost time for dessert. Jason had ordered it ahead of time
and could hardly wait for them to see it. Jenny and Penny took this time to
make a quick trip to the ladies' room. They excused themselves and and
practically ran in as they had also been drinking a LOT of water. For some
reason the water in Seattle was icy cold and tasted like spring water. They
couldn't get enough of it! As they emerged and went to the vanity area to wash
their hands, they heard familiar voices. At first they couldn't place the
voices, but the more they heard them the more they were certain they had heard
those voices before, over and over and over again. "Who owns these
voices," Jenny asked her sister. The girls snuck around a corner and could
see the women from BEhind, and "sang" in unison: "It's SARAH
PALIN and HILLARY CLINTON-OMGGGGG," they "yelled" in a whisper!
As Sarah turned to see what the excitement was, the twins made a beeline back
to their table and could scarcely spit out what they had just seen! "You
saw who," asked Jason and Dakota, practically in unison as well...

Finally their dessert arrived and both girls wondered what
it was. It looked like some sort of ice cream concoction served in a metallic
spaceship like bowl. The trio looked puzzled, and Jason smiled in amusement, as
the server poured something into the container. Suddenly a fog began to appear
coming from the dessert. The fog grew and grew until the table top disappeared.
Jason had ordered two of the Lunar Orbiter Desserts, and so the trio was
mesmerized by the "showy" sweets. The fog dissipated and Jason told
the three that this was a dessert served at the Needle since the Space Needle
debuted at the 1962 World's Fair. It was ice cream in varying flavors, served
with goodies (ie. cookies, candies, etc.)on the side, in a special bowl
containing dry ice. As water is poured over the ice, it creates the fog-science
101, but a show stopper nonetheless!

Everyone at the table oohed and aahed over the creamy
homemade treat, and Jenny /Penny almost forgot about their celebrity sighting-
ALMOST being the operative word here. Suddenly Penny grabbed Jenny's arm and
tried to tell her something. Jenny looked in the direction Penny was pointing,
and saw the political pair again, sitting at a nearby table with at least eight
other guests. The girls showed their dates what they had been trying to explain
to them earlier. Now it was Jason's and Dakota's turn to be surprised-and where
were the Secret Servicemen they all wondered? Penny searched frantically for a
pen and paper and asked Jenny to help her find some. Jenny wanted to know why
she needed paper and pen. "Oh no, not an autograph Penny," she
begged. But Penny was already halfway to their table and so Jenny followed,
albeit reluctantly.

As Jenny arrived, Penny was introducing herself to the
strangers at the table and she wondered where "Bill" and
"Todd" were. Jenny was feeling very uncomfortable right about now and
wasn't sure why. Just as Penny was asking Mrs. Palin and Mrs. Clinton for their
autographs, Jenny figured it out. Then "Sarah" and
"Hillary" stood up to chat with the girls, laughing. Penny looked at
"Hillary" and was shocked-"Hillary' was pregnant and looked as if
she would be delivering her little bundle before dessert arrived!! All Jenny
heard was Penny muttering something about how she had no idea, and how was that
possible, and shaking her head. The whole table was laughing by this time and
Jenny/Penny were so embarrassed. Then Sarah admitted she was really Tina Fey,
and Hillary admitted she was really Amy Poehler-and really pregnant! It turns
out they were appearing (and supporting) a fellow comedian who was performing
at the Laugh Comedy Spot later that night and thought it would be fun to show
up looking like their alter egos. They told the girls not to feel foolish-they
had been pulling this one all day and having so much fun doing it. As the group
walked back to their table Jason reminded Dakota that life with these two would
always be an adventure.

The fearsome foursome headed up to the observation deck and
Penny was relieved-she did not want to relive that fiasco anytime soon. As the
group looked down on the lights of the city, Jason began pointing out different
places of interest. You could see Elliott Bay and the canals and bridges there.
He showed them that the Cascade Mts. were to the east, the Olympics to the
west, and snow-capped Mt. Rainier lay to the south. Although the mountains were
barely discernible in the dark of night, the sky was fairly clear,, and the
starlight created an iridescent glow about the mountain tops. Then Jason
pointed out Lake Union and where they were staying. The girls wanted to know
how he could tell where their houseboat was. Dakota and Jason showed the girls
some tiny red lights that were shaped oddly. As the girls took a closer look
they could see the red lights were in the shape of a heart! Both girls felt so
loved and kissed their dates all the way to the elevators. Jenny noticed
Donald's group was leaving at the same time, and she heard another familiar
voice. She looked over at the hip hop group and noticed a tall woman clad in a
rather trashy black dress with black stilettos. It seemed as if she was trying
to pass something to one of the gentlemen in the group, but he was having none
of it. It was turning into a scene and so the maitre d' intervened and dragged
the woman away. As she began cursing Jenny felt a stabbing pain in her neck-and
the recognition of the cause of that stabbing pain was instantly obvious to
her-It was AMAROSA-AGAIN!

Two hours later, Suzie Q. and Matt had checked into separate
rooms at Disney World’s onsite Grand Floridian Resort and Spa with its
impressively beautiful, football field-sized lobby. They had each geared
up for the rest of the day and then thoroughly enjoyed that remarkable monorail
ride all the way to the Magic Kingdom. Matt had never seen or ridden anything
like the monorail. Suzie loved watching Matt being thrilled by the
experience. Upon reaching the park, Matt underwent one of those
“turning into a kid again” transformations and was wide-eyed with wonder,
watching Mickey and Goofy, and the “other” Donald stroll by, shaking hands,
patting kids on the head, and willingly agreeing to have their pictures taken
with any of the park’s guests who wanted to document meeting their childhood
pals. Suzie Q. snapped a shot of Matt wedged between Mickey and Minnie
and looking like he had stars in his eyes. The rest of the day was a blur
of teacup rides, Space Mountain, It’s a Small World, 20,000 Leagues Under the
Sea, and Swiss Robinson Family Tree House heaven! Suzie and Matt had a
blast! As the evening set in, they had dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table
which is a medieval times-themed restaurant located in the center of Cinderella’s
Castle. Matt and Suzie both felt like they had entered a fairy tale.

On Thursday, Suzie Q and Matt headed for Epcot Center after
breakfast. Matt was now a veteran of that monorail ride, but still found
it a "kick." Since they only had the morning at Epcot, Suzie
gave Matt the choice of the technology part or the tour of the world
part. Matt decided that now that he was out of Nebraska, he’d like to see
the world, so they did the rounds of the World Showcase. They enjoyed the
sounds, colors, and diversity of culture as they visited Mexico, Norway, China,
Germany, Italy, Japan, and just had enough time to whip through France before
arriving at the United Kingdom Pavilion where they stopped at a suspiciously
familiar looking red British phone booth. It had just reached noon.

A moment after their arrival, they waved to a tall blonde
man approaching from Canada. It was Bob! They all exchanged
greetings. Then Suzy Q. asked Bob to wait a minute. She took Matt
by the hand and took him around a Tudor style building to say
goodbye. Matt gave Suzie several healthy kisses and they hugged with
their strawberry blonde hair mingling above them. “Suzie, this has been
the time of my life.” Said Matt, “Thank you for all of the wonderful things
you’ve shown me.” “Matt, it’s been wonderful. I’ll see you back in
Miami. Have a safe trip back.” “Bye!” “Bye!”

Suzie Q. watched Matt walk off, and then went back around
the building to meet Bob. Bob was grinning from ear to ear, “This is a
great way to see the World. Did you know my parents were born and raised
in Canada? They moved to the states after they got married and settled in
Phoenix.” “No, you’ve never mentioned that,” replied Suzie. “I
don’t know about you, but I’m hungry. Any cravings for a certain type of
food?”

“Well, Bob replied, "I saw a Moroccan place on the
way in, if you’re up to something like that, I think it would be fun to
try.” “Sounds wonderful!” Suzie and Bob completed the circle of the
world tour to get to the Moroccan pavilion and enjoyed a delicious, spicy lunch
featuring chicken and rice and some fabulous sauces and breads, while sittlng
on a pile of comfortable pillows and enjoying the exotic music playing in the
background. During lunch, Suzie learned that Bob, being a Geologist,
would be most interested in seeing the technology section of Epcot. So
after their interesting dining experience, they left the World Showcase and
entered Future World.

As you might have figured out, Suzie had decided that Matt
and Bob would both enjoy the treasured opportunity of visiting Disney World, so
she had decided to take a three day trip for herself and split it fairly
between them. Bob now spent the rest of Thursday with Suzie and on
Friday, they also had a day in the Magic Kingdom before flying home late that
night to Miami. Bob was every bit as much a kid as Matt about the whole
experience, even at the height of 6’4” and he took a great picture with Goofy,
his fav!

Note to Readers:

Well, it might be a little confusing to you that Susie Q, had a date with Bob, but after last
Monday night Suzie Q. and Sara had, with the approval of their Bachelors,
switched Bob and Brett. Now if you have a really good memory, you may
remember that Suzie and Sara went on a joint date with their Bachelors last
week to the Blue Moon Outdoor Center and it was then that Sara realized she
kind of liked Brett (the Doctor) and Suzie Q. realized she was into that good
looking Bob (the Geologist) guy. Since the guys were each feeling, well, feelings
for the other sister, they gladly agreed to go along with the switch.
That’s why Bob had met Suzie Q at Disney World and Sara was going on a date
with Brett.
[/size]

Also, Matt (the farmer) was Michael the farmer before (OK, so I was too lazy to go back and do
the research), but you see there is an explanation for the name
change, which I'll tell you now. You see, Michael's full name was
Michael Matthew Lumpkin. Now in Nebraska, when he had gotten to
Kindergarten, there had been five Michael's in his class at school, so he had
gotten in the habit of going by his middle name, Matt. When he became a
Bachelor, originally there was another Bachelor named Matt, so he started out
the show using his first name Michael. But now that the other Matt had
gone home and there would no longer be any confusion, Michael had converted to
his preferred name Matt! (I also have some land in the great State of
Alaska to sell you, if you're interested!) In other words, it's all good
and there isn't any paperbag we can't write our way out of if we really
try! Lubs you guys, S&T

After their ride and picnic, Jeremy and Jane spent Thursday
evening at home. It was a time for them to discover the things they had
in common (which was a lot) and the
things they differed on (which wasn’t too
much)
. After dinner as they danced to some of Jeremy’s father’s Frank
Sinatra records, Jane whispered in his ear, “I can’t believe I thought that
Pride was your flaw!” Jeremy replied, “And I thought yours was
Prejudice!” “Well, it kind of was,” admitted Jane. “I was pretty
prejudiced against your pride and what I thought it stood for. Of course,
Ron was happy to lead me down that path.” “I actually think he did us a
favor. Unwittingly, of course. But our chemistry with each other,
now that could just not be denied!” “That’s true! One kiss and I
was a gonner!” Jane replied, before Jeremy swept her away in a series of
dizzying spins.

On Friday, Jane and Jeremy said goodbye to Ellen with lots
of hugs and promises to see her soon. They drove off with Roger, Ginnie
and their two children headed for Dallas. Because the kids were along,
after the two hour trip and lots of fun getting-to-know-you conversation, they
went to the Dallas World Aquarium. Noah, who was a tow-headed
four-year-old, was so cute and loved seeing all of the fish. He
especially was thrilled by the big, scary sharks, saying “You can’t get me!”
right to their fierce faces through the thick aquarium glass window and
laughing, “Ha! Ha!” Becky just liked watching the “fissies” as she called
them. Jeremy and Jane looked over the children’s heads with meaningful
looks that said: Someday we
could have some little ones like these!
Since the Strawbacks
had a long drive back to the ranch, they exchanged farewells after the
aquarium. Jane had really enjoyed meeting Roger’s family and Ginnie
already had the comfortable feeling of a “sister.”

Jeremy felt that Jane’s Texas experience would not be
complete without a few more touches. They checked into the exclusive
Hyatt Regency in Dallas because they would be flying back to Miami the
next day and it only made sense to spend the night in town. They were
sharing a room, which said a lot about how much their relationship had progressed.
After dressing for dinner, Jeremy in a well-cut suit and Jane in a little
back cocktail dress, the couple boarded the limo for the short drive to the
elegant Palm Restaurant, an exceptional Steak House with an 80 year history.

In the lovely restaurant with impeccable service, dinner was
First Class and wonderful. Jane has a steak that melted in her mouth like
butter. Jeremy chose the lobster. They were happy to trade bites
and share their eating enjoyment. When they had finished off dinner with
a fabulous Cherries Jubliee for two, Jeremy announced that the evening was not
over yet. They returned to the hotel to change into something comfortable
and then, dressed in jeans and comfortable shirts, they headed out again.
Now Jeremy showed Jane another side of Texas culture. The limo
pulled up in front of Dirty Pete’s and the couple entered another world.
The bar and dance hall was full of Texan characters complete with hats and
boots and Texas twangs to their voices as well as a few Texas curses, if you
listened real close. Dirty Pete’s felt exciting and dangerous and Jane
loved it. Jeremy didn’t waste any time getting her out of the dance floor
and they had a ball. It was a fitting way to spend their last evening in
Texas.

During the ride down in the elevator Jenny was trying to
tell Penny who she saw in the restaurant. After some loud whispers Penny
finally told Jenny that she would not visit that dark place one more time that
night-she was already embarrassed about the Tina Fey incident earlier and did
not wish to go there again! When the elevator doors opened Jenny could see the
maitre d' talking to that woman and she jabbed Penny. "Look-there she is,
Penny!" The woman turned around and Jenny was the one that was surprised
this time-indeed it was not Amarosa-they didn't even look alike. As the restaurant
employee made the woman leave he was overheard telling his subordinate that
this establishment did not allow their patrons to be harassed by groupies of
any sort! Penny was happy that she finally got to tell Jenny that she was was
the wiser twin for a change, and Jenny was happy because she was tired of the
nightmares that always ensued when she saw that woman.

By the time the crew arrived at the houseboat, Muffin and
Puffin wanted to call it a day. But as the girls turned around, Chris Harrison
was standing there and he didn't look too happy. He asked everyone to sit down
and he began to speak. "Look guys, the powers that be at ABC are not too
thrilled at how long this "Weekend Getaway" is taking to film. Not
only that , but the limo and gas charges are getting ridiculous. We have never
had this problem before and we need to figure out a solution or we will have to
take some measure to rectify the problem ourselves," chided Chris.
"Well what kind of things are they thinking of doing," asked Penny.
"Actually they're thinking of terminating the limo service and making you
all be responsible for that. Not only that but the crew is complaining about
the hours and DAYS it's taking to film this weekend. We may have to give them
all vacations, and cut out the filming too, he added. Jenny piped in, "
what if you tell the audience that it's the longest and most trite date in
bachelor history?" Chris just looked at her and deadpanned, "That's a
given!"

At that point Chris left and and the group changed into their
suits to hit the hot tub to mull over what Chris said. And since they took his
advice to heart the foursome went to their respective rooms to still make this
evening "spectacular" but off camera and in the privacy behind closed
doors

Lara was stunned. She couldn’t believe her reaction to
imagining Paul walk out of her life. She wiped the tears from her eyes,
lost the quilt and nightgown; and jumped into the hot tub. The level of
thinking she had to do could not be done on dry land. Could she actually be falling in love with
Paul? But what about all those feelings for Chris?

Lara remembered the first night she met Paul. She had
felt their connection from the very first moment. Then Christopher showed
up. Lara had woven a hundred fantasies about Josh Groban since she was in
high school. When she met Chris who looked and sounded so much like him
it felt like all of those fantasies were coming true. Had all those
feelings truly been for Chris? Or were they actually for her romanticized
version of Josh? Now that she faced that possibility, she knew it was the
truth. There were several things about Chris she didn’t even like.
He was too jealous and he didn’t seem to have many interests outside of
music. His feelings for her seemed to come from how well she would fit
into his life instead of for who she really was.

Paul brought out the best in her. He encouraged her
silly side, her adventurous side, and her caring side. But he enjoyed her
music as well. Somehow he had become someone she couldn’t say goodbye
to. Maybe she wasn’t totally in love with him yet, but she was starting
to fall. Once she could just focus on him she knew their feelings would
grow like grass after a rain.

Lara jumped out of the hot tub finally sure of her
decision. She dressed quickly and began throwing her clothes into the
suitcase. She picked up the Dummies book full of her thoughts on the two
guys. For the first time she flipped open the very last page:

Dear Reader, You have spent a great deal of time dissecting
and evaluating your feelings for the two men you are dating. If you took
our advise and got far away from them both to read this book there is one final
exercise that will tell you absolutely who your choice should be. This
exercise is simple. Throw away all the other exercises. Close your
eyes and picture the man you miss the most. Of course he is your choice,
Dummie!!!!!

Lara laughed. She didn’t have to close her eyes.
She suddenly missed Paul terribly. She completed her packing and called
for the limo to take her back home. She would just have the limo make one
little detour before going to the airport……

Jenny and Jason had to wake the other love birds after their
late night date. The four agreed to pick Ty up to enjoy breakfast at the Pike
Place Market, and then shop for a bit. On the way to pick Ty up, Penny and
Dakota were in a deep discussion about the strange occurrences from the night
before. Dakota wanted to know how in the world Penny could confuse Hillary with
Amy Poehler! They didn't look that much alike he told her IHHO. Penny tried to
back track, but finally said she was looking more at Sarah-er-Tina, and that it
was a little dark in there. Finally Dakota quit teasing Penny and hugged her,
telling her that's what he loved about her-her ability to find excitement in
everyday life. Jenny laughed and said under her breath, "Well that's
certainly a positive way to put it!" When they arrived at the house Ty was
waiting outside for them with Jason's mom. She greeted everyone, gave Jason a
hug, and the five drove to the Market.

The group decided to have breakfast at Three Girls Bakery.
They served meals as well as selling their very famous bakery items. Jason
loved the breads, scones and other goodies here, as did Ty. Everyone enjoyed
their coffee, omelets, bagels. croissants, etc. since they ordered many items
off the menu, and took the time to try them all. Jenny felt a deja vu coming on
but tried to ignore it as that feeling only seemed to get her in trouble. After
breakfast they all wanted to look at some specialty shops to pick up some
things for dinner. They were cooking with Jason's mom that night and wanted to
pick up some fresh produce and other things to complete their menu. Jenny and
Penny picked up some luscious lemon loaves for part of their dessert, as well
as some asiago & basil bread for dinner. While at the bakery Jason got some
of Ty's favorite animal shaped cookies-he even found a few ducks!!

Jason said that they just had to go to the Frog Song Farm. They
had a singing frog there that Ty just had to see, and when there the girls
picked out some produce for the salad and veggies. Dakota was entertaining Ty
with HIS own version of a singing frog, and Ty couldn't stop giggling every
time Dakota started to "ribbit." Jenny also bought Ty a little
surprise when he wasn't looking! That kind of weird feeling was coming over
Jenny again but she was getting pretty good at ignoring it. On to Burt's Bees
for honey to mix with some whipped cream for tonight's dessert. Ty was enamored
with a little toy bee there, so Penny got one for him to play with as they
shopped. This time Penny was the one that felt a little deja vu developing, but
Jenny only put up her hand, and luckily Penny "knew the drill!"

The last stop for the day was Jack's Fish Spot. Jenny asked
Jason how Ty could tolerate the strong smell of the fish there, but Jason told
her that they had a surprise for the girls. After picking out some fresh salmon
fillets, they also chose some scallops, and Ahi tuna steaks for the grill for
tonight. Then Ty grabbed Jenny and Penny's hands and grinned in excitement.
Suddenly an employee of the fish market said there would be a fish tossing
contest for those that wanted to watch. Yes people, that is the real deal-they
really do that in the fish markets, and they're hilarious! Jenny and Penny
opened their mouths to scream but nothing came out. "Isn't this the part
where we usually wake up," cried Jenny! Penny yelled, "Pinch me or
something-I think I'm dreaming here!" The crowd was yelling and clapping
in delight, and so nobody noticed Jenny and Penny's screams. Ty was laughing
along with Jason and Dakota. Jenny and Penny just clasped each other until the
"show" was over, and they left the store long before the men emerged!
This time both girls knew they had to figure this out. It was too real a
feeling to let it go. The girls explained their story to the guys, but Jason
looked at Dakota as if to say, "What did I tell you?" As the limo
pulled up at Jason's parents' home the girls decided to stay mum about their
experience, and Jenny took out her surprise for Ty: three little frog friends
to go with his ducks. "No pond is complete without some little frogs to be
friends with the ducks-and-they sing," Jenny told Ty.
Ty ran off to take a little nap with his new friends. Jason told Jenny that he
would have to get his son a new toy box to hold all these "new
friends."

On the plane, Suzie presented Bob with his four miniature
orange crates in the same way she had presented them to Matt. Bob also
thought they were a great gjft, symbolic of his days in Florida. On the
way home, they were tired but in a mood for relaxed conversation. Bob
told Suzie about the time he had gone to a conference in Washington, D.C.
He had been riding the metro with a colleague and a young couple was sitting
across from him. The guy spoke up after looking Bob over and said,
“You’re from Vermont, aren’t you?” Bob had been taken by surprise by the
question, but answered, “No, I’m from Arizona.” “Oh,” the guy then said
without missing a beat, “Same difference!” Same difference? Bob told Suzie he had been stunned by that
statement. Don’t they teach
Geography out East? How could Vermont be the “same difference” as
Arizona?
Then he told Suzie that his colleague had explained
that the guy probably meant that Bob looked like a “Mountain man” and since
both places were famous for producing that example of stereotypical male,
Vermont and Arizona weren’t so different after all.

Suzie laughed so hard about that story she got tears in her
eyes. Bob looked over at her, enjoying the joke at his own expense.
When Suzie slowed down to a chuckle, she looked at Bob and saw a gorgeous
blonde man with a neatly trimmed beard and sparkling, sapphire blue eyes
looking at her as if she was the most wonderful woman in the world.
Suzie’s heart caught a little and she leaned toward Bob at the exact same time
he started leaning towards her. They exchanged a powerful kiss, but not
wanting to make a spectacle of themselves on the plane, they stopped and gazed
into each other’s eyes and held hands until they both fell asleep. On the
way home from the airport, revived by their naps, they had a chance to kiss at
their leisure in the limo and took full advantage of every minute!

On Saturday, Jane and Jeremy flew in from Dallas and Louise
and Ron came back from their honeymoon. Mrs. B. was feeling so exuberant
about how well all of her daughters were doing with all of those handsome
Bachelors, she announced a "Scottish Tea” a day ahead of time (which was a first) for Sunday afternoon
and told all of the girls they could invite their Bachelors.

Suzie Q. knew that Brian was feeling left out, so she
decided that Saturday would be just for him. Since she knew Brian was a
physical guy, she picked him up in the limo and took him to Grapeland Water
Park with an entrance graced by a colorful 25-foot tall pirate girl dressed in
her swashbuckling finest that had been sculpted by local pop artist Romero
Britto. After suiting up, Suzie and Brian grabbed an inner-tube and
floated together down the 600-foot lazy river. The water felt heavenly
and it was totally relaxing.

Brian was so happy to finally have some time with Suzie
because he knew that Monday evening was looming near. They chatted easily
and completed the meandering circuit about five times before they were ready to
do something else. Brian was a fiend on all of the slides, the steeper
and more slippery the better. He guided Suzie through the worst of them
making her feel safe, although she was more of a lazy river-girl herself.

After three hours of non-stop activity, they were starved
and since hunger was imminent they settled for some burgers and fries at the
Hook-beaked Parrot an onsite waterpark restaurant. When they left the
park, Suzie announced that their date wasn’t over with a mischievous twinkle in
her eye and told Brian to sit back and relax. A little later they pulled
up in front of the Richmond Hotel, a small gem of a place in the art deco area
of South Beach. Suzie had arranged for them to have a room and
Brian’s breath was taken away when they entered the darkened Fantasy Suite
filled with gently burning candles. A generous fruit and cheese
platter and a large pot of chocolate fondue sauce, as well as lots of bubbly to
wash down the treats were set out and ready to be
enjoyed. Well, sorry, but this
was one of those “cameras off” dates, too, so you’ll just have to use your
imagination!

All the seafood was grilled, the salad and veggies were
prepared, bread warmed, pasta cooked, and wine poured. Everyone in Jason's
family arrived and the dinner was on. Jason let Ty bring his new frogs to the
dinner table for the special occasion: Jenny/Penny, Jason, and Dakota would be
traveling back to Miami in the am, and this was a farewell dinner in a way.
Jason would only be away from Ty for a few days, so Ty was ok with that. The
table was filled with laughter, jokes, and many thanks. As the thank you prayer
went around the table, Ty's prayer was the most poignant of all: "God
thank you for my new friends Jenny, Penny, and Dakoda (that's how Ty said it Smile
). And all my other animal friends they gave me too!" Everybody shed a
tear because they would be missing their new friends and "family!"

The chatter was a blessing for Jenny because she knew she
would miss Ty the most of all: there is something magical in the love of a
child that nothing on God's green earth can compare to. Jenny knew in her heart
that she would be devastated not to wake up to that child's exuberance in the
morning, for a long time. That made her so sad that she just held Jason's hand
so tightly and tried to be happy for Ty's sake. That's when Jason knew for
certain that Jenny would be in it for the long haul as a life partner and step
mother to his beloved son. After the lemon loaf and whipped honey (with
homegrown raspberries) dessert had been served, Ty was off to bed and he
requested the twins and the guys to tuck him in one last time. Of course they
had to drag out every bird and frog the girls had given him, as well as every
book, and go through the stories acting them out. As the last "The End"
was read Ty's eyes closed, and the twins left a kiss print on Ty's forehead.

They tiptoed out and said their good byes to the family,
with hugs and promises to come back soon. Jenny cried all the way back to the
houseboat for one last night-one last dip in the hot tub-one last kiss under
the Seattle moon with her beloved Jason. And for once Jason was at a
loss-nothing he could do could soothe Jenny's heart in saying good by to Ty.
Jenny turned to Jason and said tearfully,"You were right-people do fall in
love in Seattle!" Jason's heart was very full as he realized the true
meaning of her words...

On Wednesday, Sara took Eric, the History teacher, to a
National Historic Landmark in Miami known as Vizcaya. Vizcaya was a
fabulous house built by an agricultural industrialist name James Deering
in1916. Vizcaya is now a Museum and Garden. Sara explained as they
entered the Museum that there is new work-in-progress restoration of an
historic village on the site and it was too bad that hadn’t been completed yet
so they could see it. Viscaya was right up Eric’s alley. He enjoyed
all of the treasures that had come from every corner of the world. Sara
was pleased to share her favorite artwork and examples of fine furnishings that
were generously sprinkled about the floors of the mansion. Eric found the
house with its elaborate wall treatments and moldings and the
well-cared for gardens stunningly beautiful. He held Sara’s hand tightly
as they strolled around. It was History Teacher’s Heaven! When they
were finished with their tour, Sara had decided it was time for some pop culture.
So, she took Eric down to South Beach, where they browsed among artistic
galleries and equally artistic shops, passed a few tattoo parlors, but decided
they were not going to be roped into some permanent art of a regretful kind,
found a nice place for lunch, and a great place for an ice cream cone, and just
had fun walking around and talking. When their legs got tired, they got
in the limo, Sara dropped Eric off at the Hilton so he could rest and get
changed for dinner. Meanwhile, Sara stopped on the way home for a
manicure. That evening, when she picked up Eric, he was wearing grey
dress pants, with a blue shirt and tie and a navy blue blazer. Sara was
wearing a lovely cobalt blue knee length dress with a series of Latin-looking
ruffley touches. They had decided to spend the evening at It Takes Two To
Tango, because Sara was curious about the things she had heard about the Club.

Twilley needed a vacation. He was burned out, exhausted,
spent. Sometimes, there can be too much of a good thing. Yes, inventing an
eco-friendly car that got 200 miles per gallon was a wonderful thing. Yes,
being named humanitarian of the year for his heroic efforts and success
in having every store in Miami carry only cage-free eggs was commendable. Yes,
it was great being the star of the Cirque du Soleil. Now, his heroic animal
rescue efforts after the hurricane had brought him even more fame. One story,
in particular, had been sent through the media throughout the world. The last
animal they had rescued was a pig~ a piglet, to be exact. Although the size of a very large cat, he
weighed much much much more, and because of his shape and the fact that he was
covered in mud, Twilley had to exert every possible ounce of strength to save
him. Yet, after dropping him twice, Twilley finally was able to bring him to
Kara's gentle arms at the shelter for his piggy makeover. Then Twilley
collapsed from exhaustion. Kara was worried.

Fernando was dancing with a, well, let’s just say, tall, large senior woman, when Sara and Eric
entered the Club. They were given a cozy table for two away from the
bar. As they adjusted to the lively atmosphere and took in the diverse
crowd, they could see the clientele ranged in age from a few couples in their
early 20s up to lots of couples nearing their 80’s. They soon realized
Wednesday was Senior Night and joked that they fit right in. Fernando
passed by with the large woman who was trying to drive him like a truck and she could, because even though she
was in her 70’s, she was twice the size of her partner
! Sara waved as
he went by. Fernando recognized her as one of the lovely Bonnet
sisters. He just smiled and shrugged and danced on.

Since Sara and Eric were seeing everything out on the dance
floor from the ChaCha to the Charleston, they were not intimidated as they
might have been on a non-senior evening. So, they just got up and did
their own thing and had a great time. When Fernando was free, he came by
to say hello and said he was glad they had come. He also said, “You’ll
have to come back another time to see what it’s usually like.” Sara said
she would. Since, they had had a long day, the couple only stayed until
ten.

Sara and Eric always had something to talk about, but Sara
was wondering when Eric would decide to kiss her. I mean, there had been
plenty of pecks on the cheek, saying hello and goodbye and all that, but Sara
wanted a real kiss and Eric was holding out. She wondered why? Sure
enough, when the limo arrived at the Hilton, Eric politely said goodbye and
told her what a great day and evening he had had, but went for her cheek when it
came to kissing her goodbye.

Sara, deciding to throw caution to the wind, grabbed his
hand when he was about to exit the limo and pulled him back inside.
“Eric?” she said, “I also enjoyed our time together.” Before he could
move a muscle, Sara leaned forward and kissed him lightly and sweetly on the
lips. Then she pulled back and they looked into each other’s eyes.
Eric melted and met her halfway for another kiss, followed by a series of
exploratory ones, leading up to the biggest “fireworks” kiss of them all.
They smiled at each other and Sara said sweetly, “Goodnight, Eric!” Eric
pulled her towards him for one final kiss before leaving and Sara rode home
with a very satisfied smile on her face.
