Crazy Plot Twist - Spoiler Alert

OK, I know Brad was in shock and grief.... but really, trading his dead baby for Nelle's living one.... OMG! Like no one will notice the blood type on the deceased infant doesn't match up to either Nelle or Michael!?!? Not to mention as little boy Michael/Nelle grows up and starts to look like Michael?!?!?! This just seems to me to be one of the stupidest plot developments in GH history.

so, with a little help from BFF Nelle, shifty Brad has now officially entered the dark side.
sure, he's understandably grief-stricken, but can he not stop for only a moment to think...?
this 'deal with the devil' will come back to bite him - hard - in so many ways.
Grandpa Jules has that photo... and Lucas is a doctor - he should be able to recognize a brand new just delivered baby,,, (?)
and what about foot-prints,,,

(when she handed the bundled up baby over to Michael, that was the epitome of pure EVIL.)
and I can't stand baby-switching stories..
this one seems somehow worse, with an infant death..that was just sooo sad,,
still, ChadD has been doing an amazing job
Michael is finally getting some great material...
* ooh just wait - maybe the biological mother will have a change of heart and she'll want to take her child back -
then sh*t will really hit the fan..

Typical far fetched soap drama where the characters are too stupid to see whats right under their nose ... oh well, its not like we didnt see it coming. With Nelle exiting the show soon I doubt she'll want her baby back ... yet ... just wait until some time has passed and its become suspiciously obvious that something is fishy

as sleazy as Brad can be, somehow I get the feeling he might crack soon....

how long do WE have to be subjected to seeing this horrible psycho witch on the screen?
i can't take it anymore! the "ENDLESS LIES" and phony, fake, tears, that seem to baffle everyone but 'Carly'! what the heck is wrong with the folks in PC! those TEARS, if she was in front of me, I can't even print what I'd do to her! she taped the final scenes, eons ago, and yet her ugly, twisted, sick, face is still front and center, and nobody is carting her off to jail - even though it is conclusive she admitted to KILLING HER FINACE! end it already, before i stop watching this phony S L, making the watcher's seem stupid and gullible for even viewing this Soap!!!
no prison for her and horrible Peter/Henrik? enough already, send them to prison......

OMG Joss was so awesome today... I was cheering out loud for her going after evil Nelle. And is it just me or has she gotten taller recently? I mean, really, not just heroically. Or maybe because she was beside Nelle so much, and not the guys. Anyhoo, JOSS ROCKS!

Joss was great ! I was worried for her since Nelle is crazy dangerous but Joss held her own and really looked alot like Carly when she went after Nelle
The PCPD scenes were pretty lame ... I had to LOL when Jordan got the call that Nelle was found and she put her phone down and then left the station without it
I thought Auntie was finally coming around after Mike put her in her place but when Curtis asked her to participate in the wedding she told him not to push his luck - she is so mean
It doesnt look like Brad is going to hold up for long under the weight of his guilt - especially when faced with Michaels grief over the loss of his baby

Oh you are so right on! Jordan putting down her phone was a jaw dropper. Sorry to say it doesn't look like Brad is coming clean soon. This is the WORST SL EVER! They did mention that the baby who died went through an exam at the coroner's office... so you mean nobody noticed it wasn't the right blood type to be Nelle and Michael's baby? (What are the odds that Brad's adopted baby could be anywhere close to a match?) Sorry, this show is General HOSPITAL!!!! Really sad to see such bad writing on this show. The great scene with Joss and Nelle didn't last long enough to balance out the awfulness of this idiotic SL. Wake up GH writers and fix this mess!

perfectly said Freda! i thought the old writer's were better as were the action-packed S L's of the 70's and 80's. now some of them are blah, either too long and drag on forever or just not that interesting or believable! even some of the acting leaves a lot to be desired! Carly has been dynamic in her scenes and i always find her to be "Emmy" worthy. But Joss took me by surprise, she was great, so Carly Jr, but Nelle deserved the beat down by a few more people AND i hope she never, ever, comes back to the show. let the evil one stay in prison.Freda3000 wrote:moon0627 wrote:Joss was great ! I wonder why Joss has been acting out with Oscar and now Cameron..
Is it the good boy vs the bad boy?? I can understand Cam being messed up...his own father died and Lucky was the only father he ever knew..And he abandoned their family..I'm sure he felt that the most because Jake was Jason's son and Aiden was a baby..who might have belonged to Nicolas but was biologically Lucky's after all..And then Jake was dead and then came back and then Jake Doe and Liz were going to get married and he was going to be father to all the boys..but then he was really Jason back from the dead and he and Franco played tug of war with little Jake. I don't care how many times the boys were sent to stay with Gram, Cam was aware of everything....I'd be less surprised if he became an axe murderer than just a shoplifter.

General Hospital will be pre-empted on Wednesday August 29, Thursday August 30, Friday August 31
and Monday September 3.
The week of August 27-31 GH will air 2 new episodes on Monday and Tuesday. While the remaining days will be repeats. They will be repeats of the January 26, January 29, and January 30 episodes.
Which dealt with Faison shooting Nathan, Jason shooting Faison, and ultimately ended with Faison and Nathan’s deaths. The following week September 3-7 GH will air 1 rerun and 4 new shows.
So Labor Day Monday September 3 will air the episode from February 9. Which was Nathan’s funeral.
Then the remaining 4 days of the week will be new episodes.

Is it just me or is this the first time they have gone with repeats for so many days? Yikes.... Not sure if this is a good thing (getting a break from watching every day) or a bad thing (learning how to live without GH.) Sure hope this doesn't mean they are dragging out the story lines even longer.

I still can't figure out Joss' mood swings. One day she's trying to seduce Oscar and the next day she and Cameron go on a shoplifting spree??? She is 14 or 15... Too young for the deduction and between Sonny, Carly and Jax...She has plenty of money. No excuse that Carly was locked up so she was acting out. Carly is home now. Seems like writers just couldn't think of anything to write about that day and just three something out there.
One wonders if there is a monkey and a typewriter in a room, could the monkey eventually write a script???
