Pure speculation here.......

I am thinking that Jason did, in fact, have a twin and it's NOT Franco.

I could never get the scene put of my head after Edward's will was probated

when Heather looked at a copy of it and exclaimed "I know something they (Q's)

don't know."

this was said on the soaps -she knows- as a 'response' and I agree:

"I totally agree. I mean, I loved Steve Burton, but 1) he moved on, 2) Billy Miller took over and made the role his own, and 3) every time GH does this, i.e., bringing back a fan fav at great expense, they lose other good actors to manage the expense, and write EVERY storyline to somehow bring the character into it, resulting in loss of good stories, and pushing that person in our faces... Vanessa Marcil visits to GH are a great example. And then the fan favs exits again and GH is left with a big hole, because they've intertwined them into everything."
but I don't remember the Vanessa visit, yet I do believe when they bring others on from the other shows, they do mess up many of the story lines, and they definitely 'push that person in our faces', so you don't care about the S L at all. And yes do to the great expense, we definitely "lose" other GOOD actors to manage it. That's not fair, but Frank V. seems to do it all the time lately! I'm still waiting for Hayden's return! Many signed the petition, but I don't think Frank gives a hoot! And he's also let many of the good actors leave and that's why some S L's haven't been resolved! As for those who don't think Billy Miller has been doing a fine job as Jason, and saying all sorts of nasty stuff about him, that just isn't 'True', it might be their preference, but I believe they are "wrong", he's not only a better Jason, but a more believable Jason! SB was the boring, drone, with much little acting abilities. Billy as Jason, is more rounded and definitely a Morgan-Quartermaine duo. I love the NOW JaSam, and want it to stay that way! Wink
