Nina and Valentin Nups

On the surface, this pairing really sucks.
 
From the character's point of view I can absolutely see the appeal.  Nina's childlike personality from decades in a coma.

Valentin's warped personality from his awful childhood.  I can see why they are drawn to each other.

From the audience's point of view......not so much.  We know that he is so evil that he is the only human being that ever

made Helena afraid.

The step of this marriage from a soap point of view is either to start the reformation process of Valentin, or to give the

audience some scary good drama as Nina's world unravels at the hands of a sociopath.

Either way I look forward to seeing how it all plays out.

I agree that these 2 are an understandable match.  Both had very bad, isolating starts to their lives.   I admit I don't know much about Valentine, but I get the feeling that he has a lot of anger towards the Cassadines for treating him as an outcast.   I can really understand both of them and think it is a very interesting plotline.   And as supposedly evil as Valentine is supposed to be, I  am really drawn to him.  I don't think it is just his incredible good looks.   There is a broken heart inside that man and he seems to be crying out for someone to love and be loved by.

Why Nina is rich and so is Valentin so there would be nothing that they need to split at all since they both come into this marriage and they won't need to split up at all

I wish Anna would go ahead and remember Val already. Why did he have her picture from long ago? I remember how young and beautiful she was, but I seem to remember that she was a double agent back then.
Wonder if he was one of the 'bad' spies?... because Scorpio was the 'good' spy.
