I so agree - too bad his father is so blinded to the little demon. Hopefully the fingerprints will put him right there starting the fire!

Ben should be thanking Abby and begging for her help after she figured out Max has a very serious problem.......watch the kid will get hurt somehow and Ben will blame Abby instead of blaming Max for killing his little sister and starting a fire.

I am so glad that Abby brought out the truth so quickly. So glad they didn't make her dumb and ignorant to the problem as soaps usually do. It's refreshing to see the truth come out so quickly.

I am wondering though why they didn't send him for psychiatric help immediately. What were they waiting for? Even before he Max did these things, I would have expected Ben to send Max to a psychologist to talk things out when he lost his mom. He knew there was an adjustment problem for Max with Abby, etc. and he is a doctor. So I find it hard to believe that the didn't send Max for help immediately. It really makes Ben look very ignorant.

Yes I think Ben really needs to wake up and smell the roses. He more than anyone should know that boy needs immediate professional help!! He should be thanking Abby not pushing her off to the side. Max Lame

I get Ben doesn't have much parenting experiencing, but come on he has to know the child is in trouble........Yes think about Max and remember YOUR WIFE AND THE CHILD YOU BOTH LOST, because of his actions!

I'm so glad that Ben told Abby their was nothing to forgive, I all most jumped through the TV when she was asking him to forgive her.

At least Max finely fessed up to wanting to hurt Abby and the baby but only because he thought it would get him back home with Ben. That little devil child should not be allowed anywhere near Abby. I still don't think that Ben is understanding how damaged Max is - JMO.

I agree Abby saw the problem way before Ben, But I'm guessing no parent wants to believe their child could do such evil things...... I really wish Ben could stand by Max and at the same time look at the pain his wife is going through and be there for her as well.....they need to work through this together...... It's good that Ben told Abby that he wasn't mad at her but I wanted more. She lost their baby! I wanted Ben to say how sorry he was that Max made Abby lose their baby. I realize he is dealing with a lot since his son caused this to happen but I think that he still should have said something to Abby about how sorry he was for what Max did and how he didn't believe her earlier. Ben should have gotten Max professional help as soon as he lost his mom. Max showed all of this anger toward Abby and he should have seen a professional way earlier than now. Maybe then the "accident" could have been prevented and Abby would still be pregnant. I give Abby credit for not showing hatred toward that kid.

MP, I think that Max realizes that he killed Abby's child and almost killed her as well. I don't think he shows that he cares at all about that. He's only concerned about being put away somewhere, away from Ben and his home. I'm glad that he's going to get some help, something that his doctor dad should have done a long time ago. Then this tragedy could have been prevented.

I agree MP and Max is no dummy - he was out to get rid of what he had considered his adversary - he is just very evil and a manipulator when it comes to his dad. I hope that they don't let him out of treatment for a very long time. I don't trust him at all and I have no doubt he will go after Abby again. He is an evil Brat!! Max Brat

Unfortunately I fear you are probably correct on this and IMO Abby didn't do anything to deserve all of the heartache she has already suffered not to mention what lays ahead for her.
